Coarse foam pads of medium-pore size for effective biological filtering. The pads provide ideal colonisation conditions for cleansing bacteria.
The pads have a section which can be removed to be replaced with filter material to treat special problem.
Fleece pads for mechanical fine filtering. The pads can be inserted into any CristalProfi filter basket. We strongly recommend using it during the last filter step.
A more frequent change or cleaning is recommended because the fineness of the SymecPads can result in a rapid reduction of the filter performance.
